TRAINING: Reference Section

The books in the reference collection are designed to be available for students to consult at any visit and do not circulate. Often these are more expensive sets and academic resources. They are easily identified for shelving by the yellow spine label protector.

TRAINING: Labels

All labels are typed at 18 pt using Lucinda UniCode, Bold.
Carefully trim so the sides are all square and straight.
Attached squarely and straight on the book spine, or too narrow a spine, to the edge of the front cover.
Cover with clear protector or the heavy book tape.

TRAINING

The labels for the PRC are covered by a clear label to help specify its location as a special collection.
